By using the Travel Zone portal, a part of HYR Technologies Private Limited, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. At Travel Zone, The Word I or the User refers to the Users ( Travel agents ) of the Travel Zone portal. The word Company refers to The Travel Zone ( agent;s portal), owned & managed by HYR TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.
By using this application, I ( user of the application ) agree to Travel Zone Portal’s terms& policies:

1. The Travel Zone is a platform to offer best Travel packages for B2B clients. This portal is purely developed for the usage of Travel agents to book tour packages for their clients.
2. Travel Zone enables travel agents to sell tour packages of multiple destinations to share with their customers or clients.
3. Any Individual or business can register as a Travel agent and start selling tour packages.
4. Once an itinerary is booked & confirmed, it is not possible to change the itinerary.
5. Read the full itinerary and terms of every itinerary booking before confirming the booking.
6. Advance Payment is mandatory to confirm any tour booking and most bookings require full payment before the travel date
7. All payments made for tour packages are not refundable until mentioned explicitly in the tour package.
8. Discounted prices are available only for Premium Travel Agents. Premium agents get only the benefits of Discounted pricing, The service quality remains equal for all the agents.
9. All bookings are fulfilled by DMC’s Specialized in the particular destination. The Travel zone is a marketplace to connect Agents with DMC’s of Every destination and the tours are not fulfilled directly by the Travel Zone.
10. Any concerns with any tours are assisted by Travel Zone, but resolved only by the respective DMC. Any dispute or issues that arise regarding any trip will be sorted directly with the respective DMC who fulfills the trip.
11. Travel Zone is not liable for any losses or compensation due to mishandling of any DMC. However we give full support in resolving it with the DMC.
12. It is mandatory for the travel agent to provide all required details like flight ticket, passports, contact number or ID proof of their travellers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
13. Failing to provide any documents on time, or failing to make payments on time, may lead to delay or cancelling a tour irrespective of any payments made.
14. The prices mentioned for any itinerary is subject to change based on availability until the booking is confirmed.
15. The booked prices might vary if any unforeseen situation happens in the destination or any new restrictions or charges imposed by the respective government.
16. The agents can keep their own profit margin on the travel packages. The proposed price is travel agent’s price and there won’t be any profit margin in the agent’s price
17. The Premium membership subscription is not refundable.
18. Any users violating the Terms of the application usage, the company has the final and all rights to deactivate or hold any user’s account irrespective of his any subscription status or validity.
